Home delivery of purchased products takes place within 2 to 4 working days from the order confirmation date.

Free express shipping for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, the cost is €8.
Europe
Free shipping for orders over €150.
For orders under €150, the cost is €14.90.
Worldwide
Free shipping for orders over €250.
For orders under €150, the cost is €24.
Shipping costs are always indicated in the order summary, before payment confirmation.
RETURNS
Italy
If the purchase did not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to return it within 14 days through our home pickup service.
The cost for each return request is €4.95. The cost will be deducted directly from your refund amount.
Return via home courier: book the parcel pickup at home by filling out the return request form in the Returns section.
Once the return request is made, a courier will pick up your parcel at the address you provided within 24/48 hours.
Europe and Worldwide
Returns can be made, and shipping costs are borne by the customer. Costs will be communicated once the waybill is generated.
To our valued customers, we would like to remind you that swimwear and intimate items (Bikinis, underwear, boxers, etc.) can be tried on using your own personal underwear, using the protection provided inside the package or already applied.
Returns of items showing signs of use or lacking hygiene protection will be rejected and returned to the sender.
